+ Headshots and Cocktail Reception 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Set up in corner of Ballroom
-Professional lighting and studio-style setup

-Priority: Branch Owners, Board members and Branch staff
-Individual and Group Shots: first come, first served
+ Awards Banquet 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM

+Photographer's professional equipment, time and talent.
+All photos delivered on a Flash Drive OR online gallery for download

+Final image count will vary based on event flow and attendance, with an emphasis on quality, storytelling, and key deliverables over volume.
